Kum began his career as an external auditor with a Big 4 firm. He has over 30 years of experience working for various multinationals at regional and global levels in financial management, internal controls, governance and operational management. Prior to VariCorp, he held senior positions in finance for a global high technology company.

Jen Tan, Senior Consultant

Jen holds a Masters in Economics. She has vast experience in financial management, transformation, internal audit, risk management and compliance gained from working in multinationals.  Prior to VariCorp she was responsible for finance shared services and supply chain at a regional level for an international pharmaceutical company.
